The preventative maintenance service that we provide is exciting and unique.
We offer preemptive services. For most people they are happy in their home or business until something fails or is not available to them. At that point, they look for someone to come and fix the problem. In a business, depending on the failure, it could translate to down time and lost revenue. For the home owner, it may mean taking time away from work to meet a service person, or being otherwise inconvenienced due to the failure.
We help you anticipate issues before they happen and address any potential problems, thus saving valuable time and money. For example, changing a filter or applying some lubricant to part cost cents compared to having to replace an appliance or system that has failed. It is much like spending a few dollars to routinely put oil in a vehicle rather than waiting until the check engine light comes on.
In addition to the preventative maintenance, we also offer repair services so that our clients don’t have to search for multiple contractors for their home or business needs. Another benefit that we offer is that we address both the interior and exterior of the property. Our clients don’t have to look for different contractors to address different areas of their home or business. Our services are comprehensive and inclusive.
· Commercial and Residential Preventative Maintenance – We offer preventative maintenance on the interior as well as the exterior of the property. We provide a free initial comprehensive property inspection. This comprehensive walk through allows us to target our standard areas of interest as well as any features unique to that property. We will determine from that initial visit the need for any reactive maintenance (repair), as well as any preventative maintenance. The client has the option to contract our services for interior or exterior of the home, or both. We will then outline a routine maintenance schedule for that property either quarterly, bi-annually or annually. The initial walk through is free of change.
· Commercial and Residential Repair – Finding Time offers repair services to virtually every aspect of the home’s interior and exterior. If we do not provide the service ourselves, as in the case where a licensed electrician or plumber would be needed, we will serve as the general contractor. In that situation, we would schedule and oversee the entire project. The client only has one point of contact for any residential repair.

Remodeling –
As with the repair services, we offer a wide
variety of remodeling services on both interior and exterior projects. In
situations were additional contractors are needed, we would serve as the general
contractor and schedule and oversee the project.
