Finding Time, LLC. is a preventative maintenance and repair business that offers services to both commercial and residential clients.  Preventative Maintenance (PM) involves a thorough process of inspection, detection and correction of potential failures before they develop into costly breakdowns.  PM begins with a systematic inspection of a property and the components and equipment within.  Testing equipment, making adjustments, cleaning and flushing build up, lubricating, and replacing worn parts ensures that systems are operating effectively and minimizes deterioration.

Finding Time, LLC. strives to educate home and business owners about the importance of preventative maintenance.  Proper maintenance of a home or commercial property saves valuable time and money.  We will create and execute a unique maintenance plan based on the needs of each client.
